1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

Unused & In Original Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt from MYTOPICS (mytopics.xyz) is required.
Wrong or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

📌 Note: Items that are used, washed, or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these simple steps:

3. Refund Process

💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Full Refund: Available for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
Partial Refund: May apply for items returned without full packaging or minor usage signs.
Non-Refundable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for returns.


4. Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund? We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Just follow the return process, and we will ship you a new product at no additional cost.


5. Return Shipping Costs

📦 If your return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, MYTOPICS will cover return shipping costs.

📦 If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


6. Cancellations & Order Modifications
