1. Shipping & Processing Time
🚚 Order Processing Time:
✔ Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
✔ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚀 Estimated Delivery Time:
✔ Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
✔ Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).
📌 Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
2. Shipping Costs
✔ Standard Shipping: Fees are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination.
✔ Express Shipping: Available for select locations at an additional cost.
✔ Free Shipping: Available for orders exceeding $100 within the U.S.
📌 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a MYTOPICS error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
3. Delivery Locations
✔ Domestic Shipping: We currently deliver within the United States.
✔ International Shipping: Not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our services.
📌 Note: MYTOPICS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations outside our serviceable areas.
4. Tracking Your Order
✔ Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✔ You can track your package on our website or via the carrier’s tracking system.
✔ If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, contact us at contact@mytopics.xyz.
📌 Note: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
At MYTOPICS, we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries. However, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
✔ Weather conditions or natural disasters.
✔ High order volumes during peak seasons.
✔ Carrier operational delays.
📌 If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
2️⃣ Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
3️⃣ We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
📌 Note: Claims made after 7 days of receiving the order may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
✔ Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
✔ If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of re-shipping.
✔ If a delivery attempt fails multiple times, the order may be canceled and refunded minus shipping fees.
📌 Note: MYTOPICS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
